1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays in Pakistan). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PKT will begin processing on the following business day. During promotional sales or holiday seasons, order processing may be slightly delayed.

2. Order Confirmation

Before dispatching your order, our customer support team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your delivery details. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using our trusted courier partners.

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3–5 working days.
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on orders exceeding a specified promotional amount.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. You must pay the courier rider the total amount stated on your invoice before opening the parcel.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please track your order using the provided tracking link. If you need further assistance, kindly contact us with your Order Number so we can follow up with the courier on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Sevelin Skincare is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address details, including your street name, block, house number, and active phone number at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
